LOST!! Now some of you might think that this post is about the TV show Lost but...no it is not! This is a sad little story/venting of my ability to lose things! Shall I start from the beginning??? Yes I think I shall.
So really and truly I love to organize! (I know who you are so stop laughing!!) I love to put things in their place and label things (thanks mom for the label machine!). So I love to organize! We all understand now right?? Well, here is where the problem lies...I have a hard time with follow thru and consistency! And when you put that together with organization you get one who likes to organize but doesn't finish the organizing task and one who only organizes once in awhile! That my friends is a BIG problem! So I have what I like to call "piles" of organization waiting to happen around the house! Now because I am not consistent these piles can stay for days/weeks/maybe even years unattended and only occasionally cleared out! Well now that you know the root of the problem! So as I stated to Kiki just a few days ago "I know it is here I just don't know where it is!" So it seems that I have lost many an important items as of late and "I know that it is here but now I just have to find it!" So I am stuck between a rock of "losing all my stuff" and a hard place of "organizing the whole house." I am feeling a bit squeezed lately! So sorry for the no postings and because I have finally vented maybe I can move on to happier things like reporting on all our summer activities!!! Until then...organize...clean...get rid of will be my motto!

welcome to life of being a mother of 3 kids. i think we all have piles & we all put things so we can find them - it just sometimes takes longer to find some things than others. i think we can all relate. i need to take a couple days & get everything organized & filed myself (i typically do this about every 6 months & i think it has been almost a year). yikes.
yeah, let Christy come help because until I get through my entire ROOMS that are full of nothing but piles I can't help with anyone else's piles! I keep telling myself that it will happen when all my kids are in school full time, I'm just not sure if that is elementary school or college!
Organize? What's that? It's never been heard of in my house!
I actually think the article pic you posted was funny. Seriously, I wonder if they ever found their footless bird who can only fly some... I feel bad for it don't get me wrong. So back to organization...
